Curd Rice is famous south Indian special heart recipe. Some persons and children’s don’t like to eat curd Rice, we mix some items in curd rice then it will give different taste to the curd Rice.

Preparation of curd rice is simple and very easy to make, when guests came to our house then it will look special dish and also look like taste food.  Who not like curd Rice, when they taste it will become their favorite.

Curd Rice is healthy and cooling to the body. Try at your home, it is a health food.

Ingredients

Rice 11/2 Cup (Cooked Rice)
Curd 1 Cup
Carrot 1 (chopped finely)
Coriander leaves (chopped finely)
Ginger 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds ¼ tablespoon
Urad dal ½ tablespoon
Curry leaves 2 springs
Red chili 2 to 3
a pinch of hing
Sale we need
Oil 1 tablespoon

1. Wash rice in twice than cook it and keep it a side until cool.

2. Take a bowel mix cooked Rice and curd together and keep it a side.

3. Take a pan with oil and heat it then add mustard seeds.

4. After add urad dal, Red chili, curry leaves and sauté on low flame 1 or 2 min, and continuously           mix it.

5. Add carrot, ginger, and sauté then add a pinch of hing, mix well.

6. Add salt and mix well until cook items in low flame

7. Add this mixture into curd rice.

8. Serve it with coriander leaves and pickle.

Chicken Lollipop verity and tasty dish and this is one of my favorite item this is also called as the drumstick. In weekend guests are coming to our home so we need to do different items most probable I prefer drumstick.

We know that versions of stuff give taste to chicken lollipop this lollipop are done by chicken wings without skin and it also essay homemade recipe.

Chicken lollipop is a favorite item for children’s they like to eat like an evening snacks. In summer reason children’s stay at home only they feel to eat verity items.

So I am suggest you all of them chicken lollipop is a simple homemade recipe. This Chicken Lollipop is a best perfect snacks and Starter item.


Ingredients

Chicken Wings 10 to 13 nos
Curd – 1 cup
Maida 1 tablespoon
Cornflour 1tablespoon
Red Chili powder ½ tablespoon
Corriander Powder 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce ¾ tablespoon
Chili sauce ¼ tablespoon
Tomato sauce ¼ tablespoon
2 Tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
Egg 1
Lemon 1 (juice)
Salt we need
Oil to deep fry

Method

Step:1
Take a bowel mix one by one cured, Red chili powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, ginger and garlic paste, egg, lemon juice and salt we need mix well until get smooth.

Step:2
Then add maida and cornflour mix well turn into smooth and soft and add chicken wing on it. Cover it and keep it overnight on refrigerator.

Step:3
Next day in a pan heat oil on low flame and fry these stuff chicken wings until get into brownish, make sure oil heat on low flame not yet high flame otherwise it will not cook inside.

Step:4
One piece fry it to check whether balance of spice and cooked well, if any requirement add it and mix well and fry.

Serve it corridor leaves and onions.

Note:

Don’t heat oil in high flam, make sure it is in low flame then chicken cook well inside.
Overnight marinated means taste will good
Serve with lemon juice for taste.
For  looking purpose add red color when you marinated chicken wings.

Falooda Recipe is a summer special recipe in hot weather. Whoever taste, it will become their favorite. Mostly children will like because they will stay at home in summer reason and they want special items to drink.

Coming to the falooda recipe, we need not strain to prepare. Everything item will get home, we will get black sabja we are use in lemon juice and we will find falooda sev and rose syrup in any esupermarket, strawberry icecream is every taste in falooda.   We can prepare falooda just four ingredient with in 15 min.

FALOODA is a popular recipe all over India, it is a delicious and also cool to the body in summer reason as per sabja seeds.

Method of Falooda Recipe


Step: 1

Take enough water with sabja seeds sok it at least 15 min after dry and keep it a side.

Step :2

According to the instruction given by the falooda sev package.  Falooda sev soak it in warm water or boil it water like a noodles, after cook them rinse in water and keep it a side. If they are long chopped into small size before cooking.

Step :3

Boil the milk in a bowel after boil the milk add required rose syrup and also add some sugar, it will give some taste to the falooda and keep it in refrigerator.

Step:4

Take a glass add soaked sabja seeds then add 1 tablespoon falooda sev and add 3/4cooled rose milk. At top layer add strewberry icecream decorate with dry fruits and serve it.
