| Easy Chicken Coconut Recipe |
Chicken with coconut curry is homemade recipes,we can cook very easy and simple method. when we add coconut milk amazing taste compare to the usual chicken curry.

Ingredients required
- chicken (Boneless) cut into small Pieces
- Butter / ghee 1 tablespoon
- take coconut milk (Coconut cut into small pieces and grind it, take milk from Coconut grind paste)
- 6 chill
- garam masala 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Carrots pieces 2 cup
- celery pieces 1 cup
- tomatoes 2
- ginger paste 1 tablespoon
- coriander and karivepaku leaves pieces
- Taste for Salt
- Lemon water
Method of Cooking (Chicken with Coconut Curry)
Step: 1
Start with chills and karivepaku fry with ghee at least 3 min and put it in separate bowel.
Step: 2
Add some more ghee, chicken (boneless) cut into small pieces then fry it , cook the chicken has turn into white outside of the chicken pieces.
Step: 3
Add coconut milk (place coconut milk in fridge at least 8 hr it form into thick layer) if you don't have ghee, you can use butter also.
Step: 4
Add pieces of carrot 2 cups, celery 1 cup and 2 tomatoes, add this pieces into curry.
Step: 5
Add some Spices like Ginger paste 1 tablespoon and garam masala 1 1/2 tablespoon.
Step: 6
Mix the curry well and cook the curry on medium heat at least 30 min, when vegetables cooked than add fried chills and karivepaku and pieces of garlic cook 5 min more.
Garnish pieces of coriander leave and lemon water and serve it.
